FAQMaking A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, click on any items
that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.
We use Paypal for our secure payment gateway. As such, we do not collect or store any of your payment information.
If you don't have a Paypal account you can either create an account when you checkout or use Paypal's secure debit/credit card processing service which you can use without having a Paypal account.
That's all there is to it, so enjoy browsing and have fun shopping.
Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation via email. If
there are any queries regarding your order you will be contacted by e-mail so
please ensure your e-mail address is typed correctly. If you do not receive an
email from us, please contact us.

All available orders are despatched within 3 -7 days. Monday - Friday UK orders
placed before 1 p.m. will usually arrive the next day. Deliveries to Europe
take 3-7 working days and the Rest of the World 5-14 working days depending on which
service you use.
Credit Card Security - Your Peace of Mind
Security is a major concern. Our systems ensure that your information is
totally safe. Our on-line payment facility is provided by PayPal. We know of no
documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the

online. Please note that we also accept cheques but delivery will not take

Guarantee of Satisfaction
We will guarantee to always refund or replace faulty items, and exchange goods
if you are not entirely satisfied. Please notify us of any returns and ensure
the item(s) are received within 28 days of the date of purchase. Your statutory
rights are not affected.
Please mark clearly on your invoice which item you are returning, and post it
to us, along with the returned goods. If you would like to exchange the
returned item, please note your new selection on the returned invoice.
Returned items should be in the same condition as they were despatched.
Please Note: If you paid for your order by credit card, we will credit the
amount of the returned goods to your card.
PAYMENT will be taken from and refunded to your Credit Card at today's exchange
rate. All prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling.
Please note we do not cover carriage costs for returns. However, if you received a faulty item we will naturally reimburse you fully.
All costs (including Insurance Charges and Customs Duty) are the responsibility
of the customer.
